SOUND CHECK is a heartfelt and relatable content series featuring Australian artists speaking openly with young people about their personal mental wellbeing journey and overcoming challenges.
SOUND CHECK was developed with our youth audience in mind, and with valuable input from 20 young Victorians during the Coronavirus pandemic. This young team co-designed creative elements and led the conversation with the artists to explore topics such as managing their mental wellbeing, developing resilience and how they use music as a creative outlet.
Aimed at young people aged 15-25 years, SOUND CHECK shines a light on mental wellbeing in a bid to break down social barriers and stigmas, create conversations and connections and for young people to feel less alone.
